Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after [your cutoff time, e.g., 2pm] will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
UK Mainland:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £15.00
- Free shipping on orders over £300
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and UK Islands:
- Standard Delivery (5-7 business days): £15.00
- Please note that some remote areas may require additional delivery time
International Shipping: N/A
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- UK orders: All prices exclude VAT
